IT ALL STARTED ON AN ORDINARY WORK DAY AT AN AUCTION IN JOHANNESBURG - THOUGH NEITHER OF THEM KNEW AT THAT TIME THAT IT WOULD CHANGE EVERYTHING,
DANIELLE WAS ATTENDING HER FIRST AUCTION FOR WORK, QUIETLY OBSERVING AND LEARNING THE ROPES, WHILE SERGIO WAS THERE FOR BUSINESS, FOCUSED ON EQUIPMENT AND OPPORTUNITY - UNAWARE THAT HE WOULD LEAVE WITH SOMETHING FAR MORE VALUABLE. AMID THE MOVEMENT AND NOISE, A GLANCE ACROSS THE ROOM TURNED INTO A SMILE, AND A SMILE INTO SHY LAUGHTER. AND THOUGH THEY WENT THEIR SEPARATE WAYS THAT DAY, THE MOMENT LINGERED.
A PHONE CALL TO DANIELLE'S OFFICE THE FOLLOWING AFTERNOON CHANGED EVERYTHING. CONVERSATIONS UNFOLDED THAT STRETCHED LATE INTO THE EVENINGS OVER THE MONTHS - PATIENT, CONSISTENT, AND FILLED WITH QUIET ANTICIPATION. AFTER A FEW MONTHS, DANIELLE FINALLY AGREED TO DINNER AT A LITTLE ITALIAN RESTAURANT, AND FROM THAT EVENING ON, THEY WERE INSEPARABLE.
WHAT BEGAN AS A CHANCE ENCOUNTER HAS GROWN INTO NEARLY A DECADE OF FRIENDSHIP, PARTNERSHIP, SHARED DREAMS AND UNWAVERING LOVE.
NOW, THEY LOOK FORWARD TO CELEBRATING A LONG-AWAITED CHAPTER - SURROUNDED BY THE PEOPLE WHO MEAN THE MOST TO THEM.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Please RSVP by no later than 9 March 2026 so that we can finalise our headcount and preparations.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, due to the venue's capacity limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited. If a plus one was not indicated on your invite, we kindly ask that you please not bring an additional guest. Thank you for understanding.
Bar and drinks information.
A selection of drinks will be provided for each table. Additional beverages will be available at the cash bar. We recommend bringing enough cash or a bank card for convenience.
Dietary Requirements
A seperate RSVP form will be sent out to all guests following this formal invitation, where guests will be able to choose their preferred meals as well as confirm any dietary requirements.
Accommodation
Accommodation recommendations and booking information will be shared shortly. We kindly encourage guests to secure their stay as soon as possible once details are released, as availability is limited over this time of year.
Can I bring my kids?
While we adore your little ones, this will be an adult-only celebration. We hope this allows you a relaxed and enjoyable evening with us.
What is the weather like?
Rooiberg weather is usually warm in May, so expect a sunny day with an indoor and outdoor setup. We encourage guests to bring a light wrap or jacket for the evening, as bushveld evenings can become cooler.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 14:30 PM.
Guests are kindly requested to arrive at least 30 minutes prior, to allow time for seating.
Can I take photo's during the ceremony?
We would love for you to be fully present during the ceremony, so we kindly ask you to keep phones away. Don’t worry - our photographers will capture everything beautifully.
How far is the venue?
The venue is approximately 2,5 - 3 hours from Johannesburg, and 1,5 - 2 hours from Pretoria. Please note that roadworks have been reported, so please take an extra 30 - 45 minutes into account when travelling.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there is sufficient parking available at the venue. You will be directed accordingly on the day.
Will transport be available?
Guests are responsible for arranging their own transport to and from the venue. We encourage carpooling where possible.
